Ralph C. Smith has twenty years of hands-on construction experience. In total, the projects he has overseen and managed exceed $2 billion. He has worn many hats in the industry including Senior Vice President, Operations Manager, General Superintendent and Superintendent for companies throughout the U.S. Most recently he was senior vice president for the UPA Group. He was also vice president of operations for the Osborne Construction Co. of Washington and Alaska and through most of the 1990s he was general superintendent for Clark and Sullivan Constructors. Smith runs the procurement and operations side of VCC.
