Paul Shaw has over thirty four  years of experience in the construction industry.  He has been a leader in a wide variety of construction projects including commercial, multiple residential, military, schools, hospital, nursing home, courthouse, strip and enclosed malls and lumber yards. He was most recently superintendent for the UPA Group, working on the Montage conversion project in downtown Reno.
