Northern Nevada Executive Council

Ralph C. Smith, Executive Vice President & COO of Valley Construction Co. has agreed to fill the General Contractor seat for the Northern Nevada Executive Council (NNEC).

Ralph C. Smith has twenty years of hands-on construction experience. In total, the projects he has overseen and managed exceed $2 billion. He has word many hats in the industry including Senior Vice President, Operations Manager, General Superintendent and Superintendent for companies throughout the United States. Smith runs the procurement and operations side of Valley Construction Co. VCC specializes in small to medium-size light manufacturing and general commercial construction projects as well as design-build private aircraft facilities and maintenance stations. VCC holds an unlimited A & B license in Nevada & is licensed in California and Idaho.
