Neil Bartlett has over 25 years of construction experience. Neil has held various positions in the construction industry, from project management and scheduling to preconstruction management and estimating as well as construction administration for an architectural firm. He thrives on complex projects; some of his previous experience includes museums, aquaria, laboratories, prisons, casinos and restaurants. Several of the projects have won design and construction awards. He has worked on design-build, lease-lease back, negotiated, construction manager at risk, and low bid projects. For the last 10 years, Neil has been leading the Conceptual Estimating / Preconstruction / Design-Build Department for an ENR Top 400 general contractor. Neil is a licensed professional engineer and a LEED Accredited Professional.
